In Dec 2010, pack2pack closed the sale of its share in Bidons Egara back to its joint venture partner. The Spanish market situation and the interest from our partner to gain back control provided an excellent selling opportunity for pack2pack. The proceeds will support our strategic expansion into other areas. We thank our partners for the pleasant collaboration over the years. Bidons Egara will become part of our ‘p2p Collect’ network and as a preferred partner for Spain they will continue to serve our Spanish customers in the same way and with the same service as before.
