pack2pack buys S-Trans

On 30 June 2008 pack2pack succeeded to acquire 100% of the shares of S-Trans NV, a transport company with whom the group has worked already for years as main provider to p2p Belgium but also operating for p2p France.

This acquisition will allow pack2pack to further integrate & improve logistic services throughout the group.

The group also gains know-how on logistics as the former owner and managing director of S-Trans, Geert Scherrens, will continue to work with the pack2pack group.

S-Trans will be renamed into “pack2pack Trans”.
